Duck pond, yes. Rory’s badge, yes. Mrs. Angelo’s pin, yes. But…

Question: Anyone else notice that the hospital in The Eleventh Hour is all messy, carts and hospital items are all round the floors, but no explosion or anything happen in the episode?
